I don't do pie crust. I buy Pillsbury crusts, and a large can of Libby's pumpkin - and follow the recipe on the can. Maybe toss in a dash of brandy. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on the whipped topping when served - and people will think you slaved away all day!
ReplyDeleteKathy, I bought one of those cans of pumpkin so i will take your advice and use one of those pie crust things. Maybe I will go to the liquor store and buy one of those airport bottles of brandy. Thanks!
